I j ORDINANCE NO. 582 AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN PROPERTY INTO THE MUNICIPAL BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA, AND ESTABLISHING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF SUCH PROPERTY. .. . .,./ /- WHEREAS, WALKER BROS. MILLWORKS, INC. the owners of the following described parcel of real property have petitioned t~ City of Ocoee, Florida to annex the same in and to the municipal boundaries of said City, and, WHEREAS, said owners have requested that said property be zoned as a ~2 district in conjunction with its annexation into said City, and, WHEREAS, the owners of said property has filed with said City a site plan as required by Chapter IV, Section 12.9 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Ocoee establishing the areas of proposed Zoning use, and, WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the ques- tion of annexation of said parcel of real property after due public notice thereof published not less than ten (10) days and not more than thirty (30) days Drior to said public hearing, and, WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of OCDee, Florida, has made an independent examination of said nroperty and determined, and does hereby find and determine, that the area involved qualified for municipal benefits and that it is to the best interests of the City of Ocoee that such area should be annexed to and be included in the municinal boundaries of the City of Ocoee, Florida, Now, Therefore, Be it enacted by the People of the City of Ocoee: Section One: that the following described parcel of real property situate in Orange County, Florida to wit: . . FROM THE SE CORNER OF THE NEt OF THE SEt OF SECTION 19, TWP. 22 SOUTH, RGE. 28 EAST, RUN S89. 23' 12" W ALONG THE SOUTH LINE THEREOF 183.20' TO THE NORTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF MAGUIRE ROAD, THENCE FROM A TANGENT BEARING OF N 51. 06' 41" W RUN NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE ARC OF A CURVE CONCAVE TO THE SOUTHWEST AND HAVING A RADIUS OF 468.73', AN ARC DISTANCE OF 131.30 TD THE P. T., THENCE N 67. 09' 41" W 166.55' TO THE CENTERLINE OF A DITCH AND THE POINT OF BEGINNING. FROM SAID P. O. B. RUN THENCE N 67. 09' 41" W ALONG THE R/W OF MAGUIRE ROAD 500.00', THENCE N 5B. 12' 12" E 675.55' TO THE WESTERLY R/W OF THE SEABOARD COASTLINE RAILROAD, THENCE S 35. 38' 41" E ALONG SAID R/W 500.00' TO THE AFOREMENTIONED CENTERLINE OF A DITCH, THENCE ALONG SAID CENTERLINE S 50. 33' 19" W 93.24', THENCE ALONG SAID CENTERLINE S 75' 45' 49" W 343.30' TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING SAID LANDS CONTAINING 5.69 ACRES. be and hereby it, incorporated into and made part of the muni- cipal boundaries of the City of Ocoee, Florida. Section Two: the Zoning for the property shall be 1-2 as defined by the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Ocoee, Florida. Section Three: this Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its becoming a law.
