AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN PROPERTY
INTO THE MUNICIPAL BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY
OF OCOEE, FLORIDA, AND ESTABLISHING THE
ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF SUCH PROPERTY.

WHEREAS, OLLIE J. BURNS, the owner of the following
described parcel of real property have petitioned the City of Ocoee,
Florida to annex the same in and to the municipal boundaries of
said City, and,

WHEREAS, said owner has requested that a portion of

the said property be zoned as an C- 4 district in conjunction with
its annexation into said City, and,
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has filed with
said City a site plan as required by Chaper 5, Section 5.3 (1) of
the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Ocoee establishing the areas
of proposed C- 4 zoning use, and,
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the question
of annexation of said parcel of real property after due public notice
thereof published not less than ten (10) days and not more than
thirty (30) days prior to said public hearing, and,
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Ocoee,
Florida, has made an independent examination of said property and
determined, and does hereby find and determine, that the area
involved qualified for municipal benefits and that it is to the best
interests of the City of Ocoee that such area should be annexed to
and be included in the municipal boundaries of the City of Ocoee,
Now, Therefore,
Be it enacted by the People of the City of Ocoee:
Section One: That the following described parcel of
real property situate in Orange County, Florida to-wit:
Beginning on the West boundary of the NWt
of the SEt of Section 7, Township 22 South
of Range 28 East at a point 31. 60 chains
North of the quarter section post standing
on the South boundary of said Section 7, run
East 3.33 chains, thence North 3.25 chains

thence Northwestwardly to the NW corner
of the said Nwi of SEi, thence South 8. 71
chains more or less to place beginning,
containing 1. 81 acres, more or less.
Also that part of the following tract of
land, which lies East of Ocoee-Apopka hard
road; The N! of the N! of the NEi of swi
of Section 7, Township 22 South, Range 28
East.
LESS:-
Beginning at the NW corner of the SEi of
Section 7, Township 22 South, Range 28
East, run thence West 83 feet to a point
on the center line of the Ocoee-Apopka
Hard Road; thence Southerly along the
center line of said road a distance of
303. 7 feet; thence N 88 degrees 35 minutes
East 197. 95 feet; thence N. 27 degrees
01 minutes West 331. 52 feet to point of
beginning (less the R/ W of Ocoee- Apopka
Road).
be, and it hereby is, incorporated into and made part of the muni-
cipal boundaries of the City of Ocoee, Florida.
Section Two: The zoning for the property shall be
C- 4 as defined by the zoning Ordinance of the City of Ocoee, Florida.
Section Three: This Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its becoming a law.
