Councilman Bracewell ~ade a motion to let Roy Richards borrow $55.00
bo buy automobile tags and pay it back $10.00 per week. ~1otion died
for lack of a second.
Councilman If1il1er was appointed to contact James Peacock, Postmaster
about moving the mail drop box at the corner of Jay Street and
Flewelling Avenue.
Leroy Turner was to contact James Nobles about his occupational
license for his grocery store.
The Clerk was instructed to write }:r. Cliff Freeman concerning the
street marking paint he borrowed from the City to paint the football
field.

Councilman Patterson made a motion to install the necessary pipe
needed in Securitv piobile Ho~es. Councilman Miller seconded the
cotion. Councillli~n Patterson, ~~ller and Bracewell voted YES.
No NO'S. Carried unanimously.
Councilman r.'iiller made a rr:otion to adopt Ordinance No. 457 being an
ordinance of the City of Ocoee , Florida, annexing a certain tract'
of unincorporated land lying contiguous to the Municipal boundaries
of the City of Ocoee and situated in Orange County, Florida.Council-
t:lan Patterson seconded the motion. Councilmen Patterson, I'D-Iler
and Bracewell voted YES. No NO'S. Carried unanimously.
There being no further business Councilman I'tliller made a motion to
adjourn this meeting. Councilman Patterson seconded the motion.
Thereupon Council adjourned at 9:35 P.M.

The meeting 'vias called to order by Councihvoman Hager at 12: 08 P.N.
The purpose of this special IDeeting was to discuss articles taken
from ~~s. Floyd Johnson's by an employee of the City of Ocoee, Roy
Richards, and placed on the garbage truck,
Councilman Bracewell made a motion that the City dispense with the
services of Roy Richards with one (1) week's salary. Councilman
Hiller seconded the Dotion. Councilmen Brace'well, r,'iiller and
Patterson voted YES. Councilman Pounds was absent at time of
voting. lilotion "vas carried.,
There being no further business Councilman Patterson made a motion
to adjourn this meeting. Councilman ~liller seconded the motion.
