Reese, Miller, Vandergrift, Stinnett and Mayor Minor. Meeting called to order by Mayor Minor at 7:05 P. M. Minutes of last regular meeting read and approved. Comm. Repair left end and install drain in Little League Field 2. ~mintain field and bleachers. 3. Build new building, including snack stand, bath etc. at least 600 sq. ft. Comm. Vandergrift motioned the city help build project for Little League, not to exceed $4,000.00 and- be paid from monies budgeted for City Manager. Comm. Stinnett seconded the motion. No No's. Motion carried. Cornm. Stinnett motioned Russell ~Ayhall, caretaker for Cemetery! be used one I day per week to clean Little League Field and to be paid from R creation Fund~ Comm. Reese seconded. No No's. Motion carried. City Clerk to write letter to Volunteer Fire Dept. thanking them for their cooperation and the results they got for the C. P. Telethon. I Comm. Reese motioned the city pay the $100.00 donated to the Cerebral Palsy be paid from Fireman's Fund. Comm. Stinnett seconded the motion. No No's. Motion carried. Atty. Hamlin stated the New City Charter should be finished by March 15th. Atty. Hamlin brought Agreement between the City and Lake Shore Gardens, to be signed. r\'1~ Comm. Reese motioned to declare Ordinance to annex Adams property into the City. Comm. Stinnett seconded the motion. No No's. Motion carried. City Clerk to write Ed Fields to bring in Occupational License for re:r~d. License issued without master's license. There being no further business. Comm.
