Mayor Fox had received notice from the Orange County Zoning
Board was having a zoning meeting Thursday, November 4, 1971
to rezone some property adjacent to the proposed Tri-City Air-
port to be used by Winter Garden for an effluent site for
their sewer plant. If this pro erty is rezoned for this pur-
pose it will stop the airport and also stop a large portion
of land from being annexed into the City fur homes and a
commerical site. All Commissioners, Mayor, Attorney andCity
Manager are to attend this meeting protesting the rezoning
of this property.
Mr. Vignetti had received a letter from Jim Clark protesting
paying the engineering fee from our eRgmneer for examining
his plans for the West Orange Industrial Park. Mr. Vignetti
was to contact him to discuss this bill.
There being no further business Comm. Crawford made a motion
to adjourn this meeting. Comm. Carter seconded the motion.
Comm. meeting adjourned at 8:10 P.M.

COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA HELD
NOVEMBER 3, 1971
Pnessat: Mayor Fox; Comms. Crawford, Turner, Carter & Whitehead
Absent: None
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Fox at 12:14 P.M. The
purpose of the meeting was to accept the votes on the election
November 2, 19$1.
Comm. Whitehead made a motion to accept votes as recorded by
the Election Board held November 2, 1971 as follows:

Comm. Turner seconded the motion. Comm. Crawford, Turner, Carter,
and Whitehead voted YES. No NO'S. Carried unanimously.
There being no further business Comm. Whitehead made a motion to
adjourn this meeting. Comm. Turner seconded the motion. Comm.
meeting adjourned at 12!16 P.M.
