MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF oCoEE, HELD ON 12 June 73
Present: Mayor Fox, Commissioners Turner, Lyle, Hamby and Harper
Absent: None. Meeting called to order by Mayor Fox 7:00 P. M.
The purpose of the meeting was to take action on the Water AgFeement
between the City of oCOEE and Mr. Freeman, agent of the Palms Mobile
Home Park.
To conduct the Public Reading of the rezoning of a portion of the
Palms Mobile Home Park.
Review the Municipal facilities, study for the proposed City Hall
and discuss contracts for continuance of the project.
The Special Meeting was conducted in the office of the City Manager
due to the regular scheduled meeting of the Planning and Zoning
Board in the Council Chambers.
The Water Agreement between the agent for the Palms Mobile Home Park
and City of OCOEE was read and a motion ,made by Comm. Harper to accept
the Agreement. Seconded by Comm. Hamby. vote was unanimous. A copy
of this agreement will be filed with the Ordinances of the City of
OCoEE.
-The ordinance rezening a portion of the trailer park from R-T to C-3
was read and the motion to accept the ordinance was made by Comm.
Harper and seconded by Comm. Hamby. Comm. Harper, Hamby, and Lyle
voted yea. Comm. Turner voted nay. The ordinance will be read a
second time at the next scheduled regular meeting.

Mr. Doug Everd of Prudential Insurance briefed Council on various
plans and associated costs regarding Retroactive Retirement Benefits
for all City Employees. Much discussion and no action taken
The City Manager was directed not to issue a Building Permit for the
proposed apartments complex on Lake Prima Vista until further investi-
gation could be completed.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 11:17 P. M.
