a. Request approval of payment of $1,200.00 for July 4, 1976 fireworks
display, $840.00 paid now and $360.00 on July 4th.
IV. NEW BUSINESS
a. Lester Dabbs - Ocoee representation on Scholarship Foundation
b. Mr. Vignetti's Pay - out sick 5/12 - 6/13/76. D.S.L. normally
at $125.00 per week after first seven days for 5/19 - 6/13/76. Request
retroactive approval for three weeks and three days of D.S.L. at full pay.
C. Gerald Weeks - insurance cost estimates on personal injury liability.
D. Assessments on construction of two houses on Apricot.
INFORMATION
a. Municipal Code books to be completed soon.
b. CETA III Youth program was initiated Monday, only three of eleven
assigned have reported for duty.
c. The Clerk of Circuit Court and County Court has submitted a copy of
the tentative plan for transition of Municipal Court to County Court/
d. Ross organization complied with our request to mow the weeds and grass
on unimproved property at Sleepy Harbor.
e. Wurst Road has not been annexed. It is a Secondary County Road. City
must first acquire approval from county. No such approval is on file.
Further the City Charter (thru 1970) indicates no annexation of Wurst Road
has taken place
f. Paid the 1st National Bank of Chicago on their billing, an amount of
$32,112.90 for the redemption of bonds plus $997.46 in interest and
bank charges. In order to make this payment, a $25,000 CD had to be cashed
and $8,110.36 transferred from the Interest and Sinking Fund Savings Acct.
