Section 1. There is hereby aclolpte:, by the City of Ocoee an amendment
to the present City Plumbing and. Electrical codes the following conditions:
(a) All contractors, suh-contractors, corporations, individuals
and other enitities installing or re-installincg electrical
wiring, outlets and facilities shall be required to use copper
wire exclusively for such outlets, fixtures and installations.
The use of alu ctiniur<< wire for ani of the above uses is hereby
prohibited..
(b) In regard to any ,dumbing fixtures, outlets or installation
of sarne, all contractors, sub --contractors, corporations, individuals
and other enititics, be and th?_reijy are prohibited from using
PVC or any sii,tiiar ty-1 e of materiel i_1 any plumbing installation,
fixture or outlet.

Any contractor, sub -contractor, corporation, indivi,:,ual or

Dollars ($100) or be irprisoned- in the City or County Jail
