From the Northwest corner of Section 29, Township 22 South, I~ange 28 East, Orange County, Florida, Run ~;00039'OOJ/ E 74.63 feet along the west boundary of said Section 29; thence N 89040'10" E 52.41 feet for the point of beginning, said point of beginning being the point of intersection of the easterly right of way line of Maguire Road with the Southerly right of way line of state Road No. 50; thence run N 89040'10" E 200.00 feet along said Southerly right of way line of State Road No. 50; thence S 00022'3411 W 175.00 feet; thence S 89040'1011 H 200.00 feet to a point on the aforesaid Easterly right of way line of Haguire Road; thence N 00022' 3411 E 175.00 feet to the l>oint of beginning. Containing: 0.834 acres. ltIl-lEREi\S, the above described unincorporated lanQ is lying contiguous to the municipal boundaries of the City of Ocoee, Florida, and t-JHERE~:~S, saia tract of lc:ma contains less than ten (10) registered voters, and HHELEAS, the City of Ocoee desires to annex the said land to its present municipal boundaries in accordance with the provisions therefor in Section 67 of the Charter of the City of Ocoee, Chapter 10951, Special Acts, Florida Legislature, 1925, now therefore; BE IT ORnAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OF OCOEE: Section 1. The City of Ocoee hereby declares its intent to annex the follmving described unincorporated land lying contiguous to the munici.. pal boundaries of the City of Ocoee and situated in Orange County, Florida, to its present E1unicipal boundaries, thereby extending its territorial limits to include the said land t^lithin said territorial limits and to exercise full power and authority over said land in accordance with the Charter of the City of Ocoee, Chapter 10951, Spec- ial Acts, Florida Legislature, 1925, and the General Laws of the State of Florida, said land being more particularly described as follows: . The City of Ocoee hereby declares its intent to enact an Ordinnnce at its first regul~r meeting held after the next ensuing thirty (30) days from tbe effective date of this Ordinance, thereby ordaining that the said land described in Section 1 hereof be annexed to the territorial limits of the City of Ocoee, and ordaining that the territorial limits of the City of Ocoee be extended to include the said lanci as described herein, and ordaining that from and after the effec- tive date of said Ordinance that the City of Ocoee shall exercise full pmver and authority over said land in accordance with the Charter of the City of Dcoee, Chapter 10951, Special Acts, Florida Legislature, 1925, and the General Laws of the State of Florida, and also Chapter 171, of the Florida Statutes. Section 3. Copies of this Ordinance shall be posted as provideu for by law and the Charter of the City of Ocoee. Section 4. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its becoming a law. Section 5. All ordinances ana parts of ordinances in conflict here- with are hereby repealed. Section 6.
