At"J ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING AND ALLOCATING THE R.EVENUE OF THE CITY
OF OCOEE, FLORIDA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR DEGUmIN'} NOVEHBER. 1st, 1967.,
and ENDING OCOTBOER 31st, 1967.
;'.ntEREAS, The C:U;y Council has heretofore ascertained and determined
that a sum of $194,695.00 is necessary to defray the operating ex-
penses and retirements of refunding bonds and interest thereon for
the fiscal year beginnina November 1st, 1967, and ending Ocotober 31st,
1967: and
~~ERSAS, The City Council has heretofore fixed the rate of taxation
at 20 mills and levied said tax on the properties vii thin the corporate
limits of the City for the fiscal year beginning November 1st, 1967,
and ending October 31st, 1968: and
~T;1EREAS, it is anticipated that there will be available for use and
disbursement revenue and funds from the followinG sources and in the
followinb amounts:
Ad Valorem Tax
Cigarette Tax
Utility Tax
Water Revenue
Fines & Forfeitures
License
Garbage Collection
Franchise Tax

now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF OCOEE:
Section 1. That the sum of $3,000.00 or such portion thereof as
may be realized from the collection of anticipated revenue from the
Ad Valorem tax be, and the same is hereby, appropriated and allo-
cated to the Interest and Sinki,ng fund of said City for retirement
of refunding bonds for the fiscal year beginning November 1st, 1967,
and ending October 31st, 1968.
Section 2 That the sum of $2,000.00 or such portion thereof as
may be realized from the collection of anticipated revenue from the
Ad Valorem tax be, and the same is hereby, appropriated and allo-
cated to the Interest and Sinking Fund of said City for paJ~ent

interest on the refunding bonds for the fiscal year beginning
November 1st, 1967 and ending October 31st, 1968.
Section 3. That the sum of t189,695.00 or such portion thereof as
may be realized from the collection of anticipated revenue as above
set forth be, and the same is hereby, appropriated and allocated to
the general fund of said City for disbursement of the operating ex-
penses of said City in conformity to the provisions of the Charter of
said City during the fiscal year beginning November 1st, 1967, and
endinc October 31st, 1967.
Section 4. That the sum realized from the collection of Cigarette Tax
Revenue be, and the same is hereby, appropriated and allocated for
disburse~ent in accordance with the tenor and effect of Chapter 210,
Florida Statues, during the fiscal year beginninp- November 1st, 1967,
aCld ending October 31st, 1968.
Section 5. Copies of this ordinance shan be poster! as provided
for by la"., and the Charter of the City of Ocoee.
Section 6. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
its passage and approval bJT the ~layor, or upon its otherwise becom-
ing a law.
Section 7. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with are hereby repealed.
Section e. Should any portion of this ordinance be held invalid,
then such portion as are not declared invalid shall remain in
full force and effect.
