ORDINANCE NO. i(/ '1
AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE INTENTlON OF THE CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA TO
ANNEX A CERTAIN TRACT OF UNINCORPORATED LAND LYING CONTIGUOUS TO THE
MUNICIPAL BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF OCOEE AND SITUATED IN ORANGE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, TO-WIT:
From the East t corner of section 19, Township 22 South,
Ran~e 28 East run S 880 42' W along the north line of the
SE 4' of said Section a distance of 448.52 feet ,to the
centerline of the Or1ando-Ocoee Road and the point of
beginning; run thence S 250 39' E, along said centerline
of the Or1ando-Ocoee Road a distance of 1034.25 feet to
the east line of the SE t of said Section 19, thence S
00 02' 34" W, along said east line of the SE i, a dis-
tance of 175.29 feet to the centerline of the A.C.L. Rail-
road thence N 350 36' W, along the centerline of said A.C.L.
Railroad a distance of 864.46 feet to the P.C. of a curve concave
to the northeast having a radius of 3481.06 feet; thence along
the arc of said curve 470.50 feet to the north line of the
S.B. i of said Section 19, thence N 880 42' E 301.42 feet to
the point of beginning.
\~EREAS, the above described unincorporated land is lying contiguous to
the municipal boundaries of the City of Ocoee, Florida, and
WHEREAS, said tract of land contdns less than ten (10) registered
voters, and
v~EREAS, the City of Ocoee desires to annex the said land to its pre~ent
municipal boundaries in accordance with the provisions therefor in
Section 67 of the Charter of the City of Ocoee; Chapter 10951, Special
Acts, Florida Legislature, 1925, now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OCOEE:
Section 1. The City of Ocoee hereby declares its intent to annex the
following described unincorporated land lying contiguous to the municipal
boundaries of the City of Ocoee and situated in Orange County, Florida,
to its present municipal boundaries, thereby extending its territorial
limits to include the said land within said territorial limits and to
exercise full power and authority over said land in accordance with the
Charter of the City of Ocoee, Chapter 10951, Special Acts, Florida
Legislature, 1925, and the General Laws of the State of Florida, said
land being more particularly described as follows:

Section 2. The City of Ocoee hereby declares its intent to enact an
Ordinance at its first regular meeting held after the next ensuing
thirty (30) days from the effective date of this Ordinance, thereby
ordaining that the said land described in Section 1 hereof be annexed
to the territorial limits of the City of Ocoee, and ordaining that the

territorial limits of the City of Ocoee be extended to include the said
land as described herein, and ordaining that from and after the effective
date of said Ordinance that the City of Ocoee shall exercise full power
and authority over said land in accordance with the Charter of the City
of Ocoee, Chapter 10951, Special Acts, Florida Legislature, 1925, and
the General Laws of the State of Florida.
Section 3. Copies of this Ordinance shall be posted as provided for by
law and the Charter of the City of Ocoee.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its
becoming a law.
Section 5. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
Section 6. Should any portion of this Ordinance be held invalid, then
such portions as are not declared to be invalid shall remain in full
force and effect.
