AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OCOEE, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, REPEAL-
ING ORDINANCE NUMBER 406 OF SAID CITY V',}IHCH SAID ORDINANCE NUMBER
406 PROHIBITED THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN THE CITY OF OCOEE
CONTAINING ALCOHOL OF MORE THAN 8% OF' ALCOHOL BY \'JEIGHT AND DECLAR-
ING THAT ORDINANCE NUMBER 406 BE NULL, VOIO;'\ND OF NO EFFECT
WHEREAS, the City of Ocoeedid on the 15th day of November, 1960,
did in Open Session pass Ordinance No. 406 which prohibited the
sale of alcoholic beverages in the City of Ocoee containing alcohol
of more than 8% of alcohol by weight; and
\'\IHEREAS, the City of Oc oee has now asce rt ained and determined that
Ordinance No. 406 should now be repealed, and declared null, void
and of no effect, now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OCOEE:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 406 of the City of Ocoee, Florida,
which was passed on November 15, 1960, which prohibited the sale
of alcoholic beverages in the City of Ocoee containing alcohol of
more than 8% of alcohol by weight be, and the same is hereby, re-
pealed and declared null, void, and of no effect.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
its passage by the Citj Council and approved by the Mayor.
Section 3. All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict here-'
with are hereby repealed.
Section 4. Should any portion of this Ordinance be held invalid,
then such portion$ as are not declared to be invalid shall remain
in full force and effect.
