AN ORDINANCE ASCERTAINING '.1lHE AMOUlfT NECESSARY TO OPERATE TlE CITY
OF OCOEE, FLORIDA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING NOVEMBER 1st, 1961,
AND ENDING OCTOBER 31st, 1962.
WHEREAS, the City Tax Assessor bas heretofore prepared an assessment
roll of tbe taxable property of the City of Ocoee, ani tbe respective
values thereof, and as far as practicable the owners thereof; and
WHEREAS, the City assessment roll has been submitted to the City Coun-
cil; and
WHEREAS, notice given to property owners whose property has been in...
creased or corrected as to values; and
WHEREAS, a review and equalization of the assessment roll by toe City
Council baa been concluded, now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIE CITY, COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OCOEE:
Section 4. All orainances and parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with are berebj".repealed.
Section 5. Should any portion of this ordinance be held invalid, then
such portion as are not declared to be invalid s~ll remain in full
force and effect.
