BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA. 1. From and after sixty (60) days from the effective date of this ordinance it shall be unlawful for any person to have upon his property or permit to remain upon his property within the City of Ocoee, any outside privy. 2. Any person who is convicted of a violation of this Ordinance shall be punished by imprisonment in the City Jail for not more than 4�etrr-months, or by a fine of not more than $500,00, or by both such fine and imprisonment, All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here- with are hereby repealed, 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its final passage and adoption.
