TO LNNJFX A CERTAIN TRACT OF UNy ��=�r.- % -yI ID T�Ai'?0 LYiIdG C �:ij' f. �Gt)uo" TO `l'fJ T 7_` �.CIPAL i50L1V1:�:nTES OF THE CITY OF OCOEE AND SITUATED :N ORANGE COUNTY FLORIDA, TG-WIT.- That OVuIT; That portion of the NW a of the SW 4 of Section 99 Township 22"South, Range 28 East lying North of Wurst Road and the ,Atlantic Coast Line Railroad. ,: WHEREAS, the above described unincorporated land is lying contiguous to the municipal boundaries of the City of Ocoee, Florida, and WHEREAS, said tract of land contains less than ten (10) registered voters, and WFEMMAS, the said land is susceptible of receiving municipal benefits of the City of Ocoee, and the owners thereof having requested annexation, and WHEREAS, the City of Ocoee desires to annex the said land to its present municipal boundaries in accordance with the provisions therefor in Section 67 of the Charter of the City «of Oooee Chapter 10951, Special Acts, Florida now therefore, Legislature,, 1925, _ BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OCOEE: Section 1. The City of Ocoee hereby declares its intent to annex the following described unincorporated land lying contiguous to the municipal boundaries of the City of Ocoee and situated in Orange County, Florida, to its present municipal boundaries, thereby extending its territorial limits to include the said land within said territorial limits and to exercise full power and authority over said land in accordance with the Charter of the City of Ocoee, Chapter 10951, Special Acts, Florida Legislature,, 1925, and the General Laws of the State of Florida, said land being more particularly described as follows That portion of the NW a of the SW 4 of Section 9, Township 22 South, Range 28 East lying North of Wurst Road and the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad. Section 2. The City of Ocoee hereby declares its intent to enact an ordinance at its first regular meeting held after the next ensuing thirty (30 ) days the effective date of this Ordinance, thereby ordaining that the said land described in Section 1 hereof be annexed to the territorial limits of the City of Ocoee, and ordaining that the territorial limits of the City of Ocoee be extended to include the said land as described herein, and ordaining that from and after the effective date of said Ordinance that the City of Ocoee shall exercise full power and authority over said ecialland Acts,nFlor�daance with the Legislatur©, ]C.925,er of the City of. Ocoee, S Chapter 10951, p and the General Laws of the State of Florida. SECTION 3. Copies of this Ordinance shall be posted as provided for by law and the Charter of the City of Ocoee. Section It. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its becoming a laws Secti�,n 5. All ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby ropealed. Section 6.
