CERTAIN TRACT OF UlifINCORPORA'rED LAND LYING CONTIGUOUS TO TEE MTnUCIPAL .BOUl'ifDJ\.RIES
OF THE CITY OF OCOEE AND SITUATED IN OTI.ANGE COUNTY FLORIDA, TO,..WIT;
Begin at 8\1 corner of SW-~ of NE-l- of Section 18, Township 22 South,
Range 28 East, rUll. thence North 150 feet, thence East 225 feet and
6 inches, thence South 150 feet, thence West 225 feet and 6 inches
to point of beginning. Less right of ways for roads and streetso
VVIIEREAS, the above described unincorporated land is lying contiguous to the
municipal boundaries of the City (If Oooee, Florida, and
WHEREAS, said tract of land contains less than ten (10) registered voters,
and
WH:~REAS, the said land is susceptible of reoeiving municipal benefits of
the City of Ocoee, and
~~IEREAS, the City of 000e6 desires to annex the said lWld to its present
murdcipal boundaries in accordance with the provisions therefor in Seotion
67 of the Charter of the City of Oooee, Chapter 10951, Speoial Acts, Florida

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIm CITY OF OCOEE:
Seoti,~n l.. 'The City of Ocoee hereby deolares its intent to annex the following
desoribed un1.ncorporated land lying contiguous to the munioipal boundaries of
the City of Oooee emd situated in Orange County, Florida, to its present
municipal boundaries, thereby extending its territorial limits to inolude the
said land within said territorial lilrlts and to exeroise full power and authority
over said land in aooordance with the Charter of the City of Ocoee, Chapter l0951,
Special Acts, Florida L~gisla.ture, 1925, and the General Laws of the state qf
Florida, said land being luore partioularly described as follows:
Begin at SW corner of SH.~. of NE~{- of Section 18, T01cJl1ship 22 South,
Range 28 East, run thence North 150 feet, thence East 225 feet and
6 inches, thence Sou.l~h 150 feet, thence vJest; 225 feet and 6 inches
to point of beginning. Less right of ways for roads and streets.
Seotion 2. Tho City of 000e8 hereby deolares its intent to enaot an Ordinanoe
at its first regular meeting held after the .ne~ct ensuing thil'ty (30 ) days from
the effective date of this ordinance, thereby ordaining that the said land
desoribod in Section 1 hereof be annexed to the territorial limits of the City
of Oooee, and ordaining that the territorial limits of the City of Ooooe bo
extendod to inolude the said land as desoribed herein" and ordaining that from
and af.ber the effeotive date of said Ordinance that th6 City of Oooee shall
exerciso fnll power and authority over said land in. accordanoe with the Charter
of the Oi t:' of Oooeo, Chapter 10951, Special Acts, Florida Legislature, 1925,
and the General Laws of the state of Florida.
SECTION 3. Copios of this Ordinance shall be posted as provided for by law
and the ChartaJ:' of the City of Ocoeo.

Sectiun 5. All ordinances and parts of Ordinanoes in oonfliot herewith are
hereby repealed.
Section 6. Should any portion of thisOrdinanoe be held invalid, then suoh
portions as uro not declared to be invalid shall remain in full force and
effect.
