I ORDINANCE NUMBER 37>1 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OCOEE, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, ADOPTING, BY REFERENCE, ALL OF THE PROVISIONS OF THE FLORIDA MODEL TRAFFIC ORDINANCE, CHAPTER 186, FLORIDA STATUTES, 1957, FOR REGULATING THE MOVEMENT OF ALL VEHICULAR, PEDISTRIAN AND ALL OTHER TRAFFIC AND ES- TABLISHING RULES OF THE ROAD APPLICABLE WITHIN MUNICIPALITIES AND IN CONFORMITY WITH STATE TRAFFIC REGULATION; PROVIDING FOR ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT; PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOuiTION. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OCOEE: . Section 1. That all of the provisions of the Florida Model Traffic Ordinance, Chapter l86, Flori da sta tu'tes, 1957, now in force and effect and which may be hereinafter enacted, be, and the same are hereby, adopted by the City of Ocoee as an ordinance of said City. Section 2. Unless another penalty is expressly provided herein, or by the laws of the State of Florida, every person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance, shall upon conviction therefor, be punished by a fine of not more than Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars, or by imprisonment in the City Jail for not more than Sixty (60) Days, or by both such fine and imprisorunent. Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor, or upon its otherwise becoming a Jaw. Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict here- with are hereby repealed. Section 5. Should any portion of this ordinance be held invalid, then such portion as are not declared to be invalid shall remain in full force and effect.
