AN QDINA-NCE OF THE CITY OF OCOD, O:RAHGE COONTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING
SECTIOlf TWO OF ORDINANCE ))1JMBER 121+ PUSCRIBING TliJ QUALIFICATIONS
NECESSARY FOR A PERSON TO HOLD AN ELECTED PlffiLIC OFFICE Iii THE CITY
OF OCOEE, FLORIDA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CI'l'Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OCOEE:
Section 1. 'fRat Section 2 of Ordinance Number 124 is bereby amended
as follows:
"Section 2. To hold an elected public office in
the City 'of Oooee, Florida, tbe person snall be
'bwent7 un) years of age, a oitizen of toe United
States, a permanent resident living in the State
of Florida for one (1) year and of the City of
Oooee for six (6) montbs. ,
Seotion2. This Ordinanoe snall become effeotive immediately upon
its passage and approval by the Mayor, or upon its otberwise becom-
ing a law.
Section 3. All Ordinances ana parts of Orainanoes in oonflict here-
with. are hereby repealed.

Section 4. Should any portion of this Ordinance be beld invalid,
then such portion as are not deolared to be invalid shall remain in
full foroe and effect.
Done tn open session, at Ocoee, Orange County, Florida, this
17th day of October, 1'51.
