to plat tb.ereo:f as recorded in Plat Book "F", Page 126, Public Records
o:f Orange Oounty, Florida
VITIEREAS, the above desoribed unincorporated land is lying contiguous to the
municipal boundaries of the Ci.t;y of Ocoee, Florida, and
WHEREAS, said traot of land co!~ains less than ten (10) registered voters,
and
WfPffiEAS, the said land is susceptible of receiving municipal benefits of
the City of Ocooe, and
1i\JImREAS, the City of Oooee desires to anneJC the said land to its present
municipal boundaries in aecordance with the provisions therefor in Seotion
67 of the Charter of the City of Oooee, Chapter 10951, Special Acts~ Florida

BE IT ORDAII~D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIm CITY OF OCOEE:
Seoti':Jn 1. . 'lbe City of Ocoee hereby deolares its intent to anne~ the following
described uni.ncorporated land lying oontiguous to the municipal boundaries of
the City of Oooee and situated in Orange County, Florida, to its present
municipal boundarios, thereby extending its territorial limits to include the
said land within said territorial limits and to exeroise full power and authority
over said land in accordance with the Charter of the City of Ocoee, Chapter 10951,
Special Aots, Florida Legislature, 1925, and the General Laws of the State of
Florida, said land being more partioularly described as followsl
Lot 26, o:f B.M. Sims' Subdivision o:f Block 1, Town of Ocoee, according
to plat thel:'eo:f as recorded in Plat Book "FII, Page 126, Public Records
of Orange County, Florida
Seotion 2. The City of Oooee hereby declares its intent to enact an Ordinance
at its first regular meeting held after the next ensuing thirty (30 ) days from
the effeotj.ve date of this Ordinance, thereby ordaining that the said land
desoribed in Seotion 1 hereof be annexed to the territorial limits of the City
of Ocooe, and ordaining that the territorial limits of the City of 00000 be
extended to inolude the said land as deSdribed herein, and ordaining that from
and after the effective date of said Ordinanoe that the City of Ocoee shall
exerciso fnll power and autb ori ty over said land in acoordance viii th the Charter
of the Ci t~, of Oooeo, Chapter 10951, Speoial Acts, Florida Legislature, 1925,
and the General Laws of the State of Florida.
SECTION 3. Copies of this Ordinanoe shall be posted as provided for by law
and the Charter of the City of Ocuee.

Sectiun 5. All ordinances and parts of Ordinanoes in conflict herewith are
hereby ropealed.
Section 6. Should any portion of this Ordinance be held invalid, then such
portions as arc not deolared to be invalid shall remain in full foroe and
effect.
