lJ1JIIEREAS, the above desoribed uninoorporated land is lying oontiguous to the
munioipal boundaries of the City of Ocoee.. Florida, and
WBEREAS, said traot of land contains less than ten (10) registered voters,
and
W}U~EAS, the said land is susceptible of reoeiving municipal benefits of
the City of Oooee, and
WHEREAS, the City of Oooee desires to annex the said land to its present
municipal boundaries in accordance with the provisions therefor in Seotion
67 of the Charter of the City of Ocoee, Chapter 10951, Special Acts~ Florida
Legislature, 1925, .1Pldc1&Dc~~~~JIl~ noW therefore,
BE IT ORDAI1~D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OCOEE:
Seotion 1. The City of Ocoee hereby deolaros its intent to anne~ the follm~ing
described uninoorporated land lying contiguous to the municipal boundaries of
the City of Ooooe and situated in Orange County, Florida, to its present
nmnicipal boundaries, thereby extending its territorial limits to include the
said land within said territorial limits and to exercise full power and authority
over said land in aooordance with the Charter of the City of Ocoee, Chapter 10951,
Special Aots, Florida Legislature, 1925, and the General Laws of the State of
Florida, said land being more partioularly desoribed as followsl

South, Range 28 East.
Seotion 2. The City of Oooee hereby deolares its intent to enaot an Ordinanoe
at its first regular meeting held after the next ensuing thirty (30 ) days from
the effective date of this Ordinance, thereby ordaining that the said land
described in Seotion 1 hereof be annexed to the territorial limits of the City
of 0006e, and ordaining that the territorial limits of the City of Ocoee be
extended to include the said land as desoribed herein, and ordaining that from
and after the effective date of said Ordinance that the City of Oooee shall
exerciso full power and authority over said land in aocordance with the Charter
of the Ci t;;r of Oooee, Chapter 10951, Special Aots, Florida Legislature, 1925,
and the General Laws of the state of Florida.
SECTION 3- Copios of this Ordinance shall be posted as provided for by law
and the Charter of' the City of Ocoee.

Section 5. All ordinanoes and parts of Ordinanoes in oonfliot herewith are
hereby repealed.
SGction 6. Should any portion of this Ordinanoe be held invalid, then suoh
portions as nro not declared to be invalid shall remain in full force and
effect.
