the munioipal boundaries of the City of Ocoee, Florida, and
WHEREAS" said traot of land contains less than ten (10) registered voters,
and
VlliEREAS, said land is susoeptible of reoeiving municipal benefits of the
City of Oooeo, and
WHEREAS, the City of Ocoee did on the 17 day of J'W1WJWY, 1~6 , duly
adopt an Ordinanoe deolaX'ing its intent to annex the land desoribed
hereinv.bove to its prosent munioipal boundaries in accor.dance ~~th the
provisions therefor ill Seotior. 67 of the Charter of the Ci'liy of Ocoee,
Chapter 10951, Speoial Acts, Florida Legislature" 1925" and Section
171.04 Florida statutes" and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance was duly posted as presoribed by law upon said
land and in said City of Ocoee for the period presoribed by law, and
~~EREAS, no objection to said annexation has been filed in the Circuit
Court of Orange County, Florida, now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUfTCIL OF THE CITY OF OCOEE:
Section 1. That the municipal boundaries 0f the City of Ooooe, Florida,
be, and they hereby a:'e" extendd to inolude the following described
land lying and sii;l.:.al:;ed in Orange County, Floridu. and, that said tract
of land be, and it; hOl'oby is, annexed 'bo tho municipal territory of tho
City of Ocoee, Florida, said land being more particularly described as
follows:

Section 2. That the City of Ocoee shall and will from the effective
date of this Ordinance exercise full power and aut,ho~ity over the land
descrlbed in Soction 1 her.eof,. in aooordance with the Charter of the
Ci ty of Ocooe. Ch(~ptGr 2095\, Special Aets.1 Flori1a Legislt'.ture,. 1925,
and the General Laws of tho state of Florida, as fully and completely as
the City of 00006 now exo;,cjso::: p0W';:~b authority and jurisdiction over
othor lands within its m~n:ioipal limits~
Section 3. Copios of this Ordinance shall be posted as provided for by
law and the Chartor of the Ci'by of Ocoeo.
Section 4. This Ordinanoe shall become effectivo immediately upon its
becoming a law.
Section 5. All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith
arc hereby repealed.
Section 6. Should any portion of this Ordinance be held invalid, then
such portions as are not doclared to be invalid shall remain in full
force and effect.
