Rooords of Qpal1g9 Oounty, II'lol"1d.a, ..""'.............. ~~EREAS, the above desoribed unincorpor.ated land is lying contiguous to the munioipal boundaries of the City of Ocoee, Florida, and VffiEREAS, said traot of land contains less than ten (10) registered voters, and ~~EREAS, said land is susoeptible of reoeiving municipal benefits of the City of Ocoee, and WHEREAS, the City of Oooee did on the l1til:lay of .Jan:uary, 1916 , duly adopt an Ord:l.nance declal.'ing its intent to annex the lund described hereinabove to its present municipal boundaries in accordanoe wlth the provisions therefor in Seotion 67 of the Charter of the City of Ocoee, Chapter 10951, Special Acts, Florida Legislatureo) 1925$ and Section l7la04 Florida statutes~ and WHEREAS, said Ordinance was duly posted as presoribed by law upon said land and in said City of Ocoee for the period prescribed by lawN and ~~EREAS, no objootion to said annexation has been filed in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, now therefore, DE IT ORDAI~mD BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OCOEE: Section 1. Should any portion of this Ordinance be held invalid, then such portions as are not doolarod to be invalid shall remain in full foroo and effect.
