Lot 19, West of the Railroad, in Rueben Keglers Subdivision of the SE4 of the NE4 of Sec. 18, Twp. 22 South Range 28 East, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book "Ass, Page 118, Public Records of Orange County, Florida. 111i1EREAS, the above described unincorporated land is lying contiguous to the municipal boundaries of the City of Ocoee, Florida, and VM,REAS, said tract of land contains less than ten (10) registered voters, and 7'F7,REAS, the said land is susceptible of receiving municipal benefits of the City of CCOee, and 1sJrfRE1S, the City of Ocoee desires to annex the said land to its present municipal boundaries in accordance with the provisions therefor in Section 67 of the Charter of the City of Ocoee, Chapter 10951, Special Acts, Florida Legislature, 1925s and Section 171004 Florida Statutes, now therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OCOEE: Seeti.)n 1. The City of Ocoee hereby declares its intent to annex the following described unincorporated land lying contiguous to the municipal boundaries of the City of Ocoee and situated in Orange County, Florida, to its present municipal boundaries, thereby extending its territorial limits to include the said land within said territorial limits and to exercise full power and authority over said land in accordance with the Charter of the City of Ocoee, Chapter 10951, Special Acts, Florida Legislature, 192.5, and the General Laws of the State of Florida, said land being more particularly described as followss Lot 19s West of the Railroad, in Rueben Keglers Subdivision of the SE4 of the NE -*1 of Sec. 18, Twp. 22 South Range 28 East, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book "A", Page 118, Public Records of Orange County, Florida. Section 2. The City of Ocoee hereby declares its intent to enact an Ordinance at its first regular meeting held after the next ensuing thirty (30 ) days from the effective date of this Ordinance, thereby ordaining that thq said land described 9.n Section 1 hereof be annexed to the territorial limits of the City of Ocoee, and ordaining; that the territorial limits of the City of Ocoee be extended to include the said laird as described herein., and ordaining that from and after the effective date of said Ordinance that the City of Ocoee shall exercise full power and authority over said land in accordance with the Charter of the Cit-, of Ocoeo, Chapter 10951, Special Acts, Florida Legislature, 19251 and the General Laws of the State of Florida. SECTION 3. Copics of this Ordinance shall be posted as provided for by law and the Charter of the City of Ocoee. Section It, This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its becoming a laws Section 5. All ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed* Section 6.
