Lot 18, Block "B" of Esther heights, according to plat thereof re-
corded in Plat -Book "0", Page 95, Public Records of Orange County,
Florida..
I-71EREAS, the above described unincorporated land is lying contiguous to the
municipal boundaries of the City of Ocoee, Florida, and
it -M REAS, said tract of land contains less than ten (10) registered voters,
and
P;:�RrAS, the said land is susceptible of receiving municipal benefits of
the City of Ccoee, and

e City of Ocoee desires to ane:- the said land to its present
municipal boundaries in accordance with the provisions therefor in Section
67 of the Charter of the City of Ocoee, Chapteh 10951, Special Acts., Florida
Legislature, 1925s and Section 17loO4 Florida Statutes, now therefore,
BE IT ORDAI11ED BY TIS CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF OCOEE:
Secti.;n 1. The City of Ocoee hereby declares its intent to annex the fallowing
described unincorporated land lying contiguous to the municipal boundaries of
the City c;f Ocoee and situated in Orange County, Florida, to its present
municipal boundaries, thereby extonding its territorial limits to include the
said land within said territorial limits and to exercise full power and authority
over said land in accordance with the Chester of the City of Ocoee, Chapter 10951,
Special Acts, Florida Legislaturep 1925, and the General Laws of the State of
Florida, said land being more particularly described as followss
Lot 18, Block "B" of Esther heihts, according to plat thereof re-
corded in Plat -Book 110", Page 95, Public Records of Orange County,
Florida.
Section 2. The City of Ocoee hereby declares its intent to enact an Ordinance
at its first retiular meeting held after the next ensuing thirty (30 ) days from
the effectl.ve date of this Ordinance, thereby ordaining that the said land
described in Section 1 hereof be annexed to the territorial limits of the City
of Ocoee, and ordaining that the territorial limits of the City of Ocoee be
extended to izielude the said ).and as described herein, and ordaining that from
and after the ef.fcctive date of said Ordinance that the City of Ocoee shall
o,zercise fill yower and authority over said land in accordance with the Charter
of the Citi* of Ccoeo, Chapter 10951,, Special Acts, Florida Legislature, 1925,
a id the General Laws of the State of Florida.
SECTION '>. Copies of this Ordinance shall be posted as provided for by law
and the Charter of tine City of Ocoee.
Section 1., This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its becoming
a law.
Secti,_n 5. All ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
Section 6. Should any portion of this Ordinance be held invalid, then such
portions as aro not declared to be invalid shall remain in full force and
effect.
