CERTAIN TRACT CF UNJ TCOPL POFATF,D T,AidD LYING CO1`;T'IGU0US TO THE NJUNICIPAL BOUNDARIES
OF THE CITY OF OCOEE AITD SITUATED IJT ORANGE COUNTY FLORIDA, TO-VTIT:
Lot 20, Block "B" of Esther Heights, according to plat thereof re-
corded in Plat -Book "0", Page 95, Public Records of Orange County,
Florida.
1171EREA.S, the above described unincorporated land is lying contiguous to the
municipal boundaries of the City of Ocoee, Florida, and
VMIREAS, said tract of land contains less than ten (10) registered voters,
and
i1�trIRE,AS, the said land is susceptible of receiving municipal benefits of
the City of Ccoee, and
,!n -r mEAS, the City of Ocoee desires to a�inex the said land to its present
municipal boundaries in accordance with the provisions therefor in Section
67 of the Charter of the City of Ocoee, Chapter 10951, Special Acts,, Florida
Legislature,, 1925s and Section 171o0I. Florida Statutes, now therefore,
BE IT ORDAI''TED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OCOEE:
Sectian 1. The City of Ocoee hereby declares its intent to annex the following
described unincorporated land lying contiguous to the municipal boundaries of
the City of Ocoee and situated in Orange County, Florida, to its present
municipal boundaries, thereby extending its territorial limits to include the
said land within said territorial limits and to exercise full power and authority
over said land in accordance with the Charter of the City of Ocoee, Chapter 10951,
Special Acts, Florida Legislature, 1925, and the General Laws of the State of
Florida, said land being Yiiore particularly described as followss
Lot 20, Block "B" of Esther Heihts, according to plat thereof re-
corded in P1a.t.Book "Ort, Page 99, Public Records of Orange County,
Florida.
vection 2. The City of Ocoee hereby declares its intent to enact an Ordinance
at its first regular meeting held after the next ensuing thirty (30 ) days from
the effect-4.ve date of this Ordinance, thereby ordaining that the said land
described :.n Section 1 hereof be annexed to the territorial limits of the City
of Ocoee, and ordaining that the territorial limits of the City of Ocoee be
extonded to include the said Land as described herein, and ordaining that from
and after the effective date of said Ordinance that the City of Ocoee shall
ex-ereise full power and authority over said land in accordance with the Charter
of t;je Citi of Ocoee, Chapter 109511 Special Acts, Florida Legislature, 1925"

SECTION 3. Copics of this Ordinance shall be posted as provided for by law
and the Charter of the City of OCU60.
Sectic:n 1l. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its becoming
a law.
Secti,_n 5, All ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
Section 6. Should any portion of this Ordinance be held invalid, then such
portions as aro not declared to be invalid shall remain in full force and
effect.
