AN ORDINAlqCE DECI)ffiING THE INTEIITION OF THE CITY OF OCOEE" FLORIDAsTO Al~EX A
CERTAIN TRACT OF UNINCORPORA'rED rJAlID LYING CONTIGUOUS TO THE MUNICIPAL BOUNDARIES
OF THE CITY OF OCOEE AlID SITUATED IN OHANGE COUNTY FLORIDA" TO-WIT:
Lot 9, Block 4 of the Town of Ocoee as per plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book "A", Pages 100-101, Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
~rrIEREAS, the above described unincorporated land is lying contiguous to the
municipal boundaries of the City of Oooee, Florida, and
WHEREAS, said tract of land contains less than ten (10) registered voters,
and
WK~EAS, the said land is susceptible of receiving municipal benefits of
the City of Ocoee, and
~mEPEASJ the City of Ocoee desires to annex the said land to its present
municipal boundaries in accordance with the provisions therefor in Section
67 of the Charter of the City of Ocoee, Chapter 10951" Special Acts, Florida
Legislature, 1925, and Section 17l.oL~ Florida Statutes, now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OCOEE:
Seotion 1. The City of Ocoee hereby declares its intent to annex the following
described unincorporated land lying contiguous to the municipal boundaries of
the City of Oooec and situated in Orange County, Florida, to its present
municipal boundaries, thereby extending its territorial limits to inolude the
said land within said territorial limits and to exercise full power and authority
over said land in accordance with the Charter of the City of Ocoee, Chapter 10951,
Special Acts, Florida Legislature, 1925, and the General Laws of the State of
Florida, said land being more partioularly desoribed as follows:
Lot 9, Block 4 of the Town of Ocoee as per plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book "A", Pages 100-101, Public Records of Orange County, Floriaa.
Section 2. The City of Ocoee hereby deolares its intent to enaot an Ordinance
at its first regular meeting held after the next ensuing thirty (30 ) days from
the effective date of this Ordinance, thereby ordaining that the said land
described in Seotion 1 hereof be annexed to the territorial limits of the City
of Ocooe, and ordaining that the territorial limits of the City of Ocoea be
extended to inolude the said land as described herein, and ordaining that from
and after the effective date of said Ordinance that the City of Oooea shall
exercise full pCl1"ler and authority over said land in accordance with the Charter
of the Oi t~T of Ocooo, Chapter 10951, Special Acts, Florida Legislature, 1925,
and the Genoral Laws of the State of Florida.
SECTION 3. Copies of this Ordinance shall be posted as provided for by law
and the Charter of' the City of Ocooe.

Sectien 5. All ordinanoes and parts of Ordinances in conflict h0rewith are
hereby ropealed.
Section 6. ffi10uld any portion of this Ordinance be held invalid, then such
portions as nrc not declared to be invalid shall remain in full force and
effect.
