Tho City of Ococe hereby declapes its intent to annex the following described unincorporated Im1d lying contiguous to the Dluni- cipal boundaries of tlle City of Ocoee and situated in Orange Cotmty, Florida, to its present municipal boundaries, thereby extending its territorial limits to incluele tho said land l^lithin said territorial linlits and to exercise full power and authority over said land in ac- cordance 1,'lith the Charter of the eity of Oeoee, Chapter 10951, Special Acts, Florida Le&islature, 1925, and the General Laws 8f tho State of Florida, said land being morc particularly descl"'ibed as follov~s: Lot 6, Block uDIt of Seegar Subdivision in Ocoee, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book "LII, Page 122, Public Records of ul"ange County, Plorida. Section 2. The Oity of Oeoec hereby declares its intent to enact an Ordinance at its first regular meeting held after the next ensuing thirty (30) days from the effective date of this Ordinance, thereby ordaining that the said land described in Section 1 hereof be annexed to the territorial limits of the City of Ocoee, and ordaining that tho territorial limits of the Oity of Ocoee be extended to include the said land as described herein, and ordaininG that from and after the effective date of said Ordinance that the City of Ococe shall exercise full power and authorit"jl" OVC1" said land in accordance t-Jith the Charter of the CitJ of Oeoee, Chapter 10951, Special Acts, Florida Legislature, 1925, and the General LavIS of the State of Florida. Section 3. Copies of this Ordinance shall be posted as provided for b~ law and the Charter of the City of Ocoee. Section 4. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its "becoming a lau. Section 5. All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict here"t-litb arc hereby repealed. Section 6. Should any portion of this Ordinance be held invalid, then such portion as are not declared to be invalid shall remain in full fOl~e and effect.
