The City of Ocoee hereby declapes its intent to annex the following described unincorporated Imld lying contiguous to the muni- cipal boundarios of ttle City of Ocoe0 and situated in Orange County, Florida, to its present rnun::tcipal boundaries, -thereby extending its torri torial limits t.:> j.nclud. e the said land Hit hin said tel"ri tOl"ial limits and to exel~cise full POt-IOl' and authority over said land in ac- c0rdance Hith the Charter of the City of Ocoee, Chapter 10951, Special Acts, Florida Legislature, 1925, and the General Laws 8f tho State of Florida, said lal~ being morc particularly described as follows: Lot 19, Block lIBII 01' Esther Heights, according tc plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11011, Page 9.5, Public Hecords of Oran:::e Counts"' I"loridao Section 2. The City of Ocooo hereby declares its intent to enact an Ol"dinance at its first regular meeting held after the next ensuing thirty (30) days from the effective date of this Ordinance, thereby ordaining tha t the said land described in Section 1 hereof be anne.xed to the territorio.l limits of the city of Oeooo, and ol"'daining that the territorial limits of the City of Ocoee be extended to include the said land as ti.escribed herein, and.' ordaining tha t from and after tho offectivo date of said Ordinance that the City of Ocoeo shall exercise full power ami authorit:l OVG1' said land in accordance 't-Jith the Charter of the city of Ococo, Chapter 10951, Special Acts, Florida LeGislature, 1925, and the General Laws of the State of Florida. Section 3. Copies of this Ordinance shall be posted as provided for by law and the Charter of the City of Ocoee. Section 4. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its becoming a latI. Sectlon 5. All Ordinances and parts of Ordinanc es in conflict hereTrJi th are hereby repealed. Section 6. Should any portion of this Ordinance be held invalid, then such portion as are not declared to be invalid shall remain in full force and effect.
