territorial limits t) include tho said land Hithin said territorial
limita and to exel'cise full pCHer> and auth'Jri ty over said land in ac-
ccrdance Hi th the Charter of the City of Ocoee ~ Chaptel' 10951, Special
Acts, Florida LeGislature, 1925, ar~ the General Laws ~f tho State of

Section 2. The Cl t'y of Ocooo hel~cby doclares its intent to enact an
Ordinance at its first regular meetinc; held afteI' the next ensuing
thirty (30) clays froln the effective datE) of this Ordinance, thereby
ordaining that the said land described in Section 1 hereof be annexed
to the territorial lim! ts of the City of Oeooo, and ol"'daininc that tho
torr'itorial lirnits of the City of Ocoee be oxtended to include tho said
land as Ciescl'ibed herein, and" ordaininc; that from and after the effectj.-'r"
date of said Ordinance that the Cit-y' of Ococo sh8.1l exercise full pOvJGr'
and authori t-.y OVG1' said land in accordance tilth the Charter of the Ci ts
of OCOQO, Chapter 10951, Special Acts, Florida Lecislature, 1925, and
the General I.Jav!S of the State of Florida.
Section 3. Copies of this Ordinance shall be postod as provided for b~
1mr and the Charter of the City 01' Ocoee.

Section 5. All Ordinances and parts of Ordinanc es in co nflict herelrli tb
