AN ORDIJANCE TO REPEAL AN ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA NUMBERED 98, SAID OR-
DIKAlCB BEING AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE IN-
TENTION OF THE CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA TO ANNEX
A CERTAIN TRACT OF LAND LYING CONTIGUOUS TO
THE BOUiDARIES OF SAID CITY, PARTICULARLY DES-
CRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
Lots 25, 26, 27, 28 and 39 of'Si_ Subdivision, Plat
Book "p , page 126, Public Recor4s of' Orange County,
Plorida.
Whereaa, a certain ordinance numbered 98, was heretof'ore adopted
by the City Council of' the City of' Ocoee, Florida, and
Whereas, it appears that said ordinance was not adopted in accor-
dance with the ordinances of' the Cit,'o:t Ocoee, nor th., statutes of'
the State of' Florida, therefer provided, New therefore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COlJiCIL OF THE
CITY OF OCOBE, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Ordinance number 98 be and the same is hereby re-
pealed.
Section 2. That en Ordinance numbered 98 be and the aame is hereby
declared to be null, void and of' no ef'fect.
Section 3. That all Ordinances and parts ot Ordinances in conf'li~t
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
Section 4. That should any portion of this ordinance be held invalid
the such portions aa are not held to be invalid shall remain in full
force.and etf'ect.
Section 5. That this ordinance Shall become effective immediately
upon ita becoming Law.
