AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL AN ORDINScE. OJ' THE
CITY 0"" OOOEE~ FLORIDA NUMBERED 10!L.SAID
ORDmANUE BEING AN ORDINANCE DECLAKUlG THE
mTENTION OF THE CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA TO
ANNEX A CERTAIN TRACT OF LAND LYING CONTIGUOUS
TO THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID CITY, PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
Lots 1 to 18 inclusive of Block 11]3" of Hickey's Subdivision,
Plat Book "G", page 169, Public Records of Orange County ,Florida.
Whereas, a certain ordinance numbered 101, was heretofore adopted by
the City Council of the City of Ocoee, Florida, and
Whereas, it appears that said ordinance was not adopted in accordance
with the ordinance of the City of Ocoee, nor the Statutes of the State of Florida,
therefor provided, Now therefore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
OCOEE, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Ordinance numbered 101 be and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 2. That an Ordinance numbered JOl be and the same is hereby declared
to be null, void and of no effect.
Section 3. That all Ordinances mdcpaf't$c:lbf Ordinances in conflict herewith
be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 4. That should 8II1' portion of this ordinance be held invalid the such
portions as are not held to be invalid shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 5. That this ordinance shall be cane effective immediately upon
its becoming Law. f
Adopted this 2.. day of July, A. D. 1953 in open session.
