The City of Ocoee hereby declares its intent to annex the following described unincorporated land lying contiguous to the muni- cipal boundaries or the City or Ocoee and situated in Orange County, Florida, to its present municipal boundaries, thereby extending its territorial limits to include the said land within said terrritorial limits and to exercise full power and authority over said land in ac- cordance with the Charter of the City or Ocoee, Chapter 10951, Special Acts, Florida Legislature, 1925, and the General Laws of the State of Florida, said land being more particularly deseribed as rollows: Lot 3, Block "A" or Pounds Addition to Ocoee, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book N, Page 14, Public Records or Orange County, Florida. Section 2. Copies of this OrdinaItce shall be posted as provided for by law and the Charter of the City Of Ocoeie. Section 4. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its becoming a law. Section 5. All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in con:flict herewith are hereby repealed. Section 6.
