That the municipal boundaries of the City of Ocoee, Florida, be, and they hereby are, extended to include the follmfing described land lying and si tuated in Orange County, Florida, and, tba t said tract of land be, and it hereby is, annexed to the municipal territory of the City of Ucoee, Florida, said land being more particularly described as follows: Lot 29, Block 4, of the TovJrl of Ocoee, acccrding to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book HAll, Pages 100-101, Public Records of Orange Count;y-, Florida. Section 2. That the City of Ocoee shall and will from the effective date of this Ordinance exercise full p01l-Jer and authoI'i ty over the lmld d.escribed_ in Section 1 hereof, in accordance wi tll the Charter of the City of Ocoee, Chapter 10951, Special Acts, Florida Legislature, 1925, and the General Laws of the State of Florida, as fully and completely as the City of 0 coee nOH e.xercises p01tJex', av_thori ty and jurisdiction over other lands vlithin its municipal linllts. Section 3. Copies of this OI'dinance shall be posted as provided for by law and the Charter of the Cit~l of vcoee. Section 4. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its becoming a law. Section 5. All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict here~fith are hereby rep ealed. Section 6. Should any portion of this Ordinance be held invalid, then such portion a s are not de clared to be invalid s hall remain in full force and effe ct.
