AN OlU)INANCE OF THE Cfty OF OCOEE, FLORIDA, DECLARING ITS INTENTION
TO ANNEX A CERTAIN TRACT OF LAND LYING IN ORANGE COUNTY, FIDRIDA,
TO-WIT:
Lot 1 of A. It. Clark Subdivision, accord1ng to the Plat
thereof recorded in PJ.at Book R. page ZO, o'! the public
records of Orange CO'lQJt,y, nor1da~
WHEREAS, the above described laz1ds are lying oontiguous to the lII.tnicipal
boundaries of the City of Oooee, Florida, and
WHEREAS, the said traot oontains less than ten registered voters,
as property owners, and

WHEREAS, the said lands are susoeptible of reoeiving munioipal benefits
of the City of Oooee, and
WHEREAS, the City of Oo06e desire. to annex the said lands to its
present munioipal territory in aooordance with the provisions therefor
in seotion 67 of the Charter of the City of Ocoee, Chapter l0951
Special Acts Florida Legislature, 1925. and Section l7l.04 Florida
Statutes, NOW THEREFCRE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OCOEE, FWRIDA:
Seo~ion 1. The City of Ocoee, Florida, hereby deolares its intent to
annex the following desoribed lands lying and dtuate in Orange County
Florida, to its present munioipal territory, thereby extending
its territotial limits to include the said lands within laid terri-
torial limits and to exercise full power and authority over said
lands in accordanoe with the Charter ot the City of Ocoee, Florida,.
Chapter 109'1 Speoial Acts Florida Legislature, 1925. and the
General Laws of the State of Florida, Baid lands being more particu-
larly desoribed as follo~:

Seotion 2. The City of Ocoee hereby declares its intent to enact
an ordinanoe at its first regular meeting held after the next en-
suing thirty days from the effective date of this ordinance, thereby
ordaining that the said lands described in seotion 1 hereof be annexed
to the territorial limits of the City of Oo06e, and that from and
after tho effective date of said ordinanoe that the City of Oooee
exeroise full power and authority over said lands in aocordanoe
with the Charter of the City of Ooooe and the Laws of the State of
Florida.
Section 3. This ordinance shall beoome effeotive immediately when
passed by the City Counoil and approved by the Mayor.
Section 4. Copies of this ordinanoe shall be posted as provided for
by law and the Charter of the City of Oooee.
Seotion 5. Should a~ portion of this ordinanoe be held invalid,
then suoh portions as are not declared to be invalid shall remain
in full force and effeot.
Seotion 6. All ordinanoes and parts ot ordinanoe. in oonfliot here-
with are hereby repealed.
