AN OlU)INANCE OF TfIE CITY OF OCOEE. FLORIDA, DECLARING ITS INTENTION
TO ANNEX A CERTAIl~ TRACT OF Ll'JIfl) LYING IN OR.\NGE COTJ~"TY, FIDRIDA,

WHEREAS, the above desoribed lands are lying oontiguous to the munioipal
boundaries of the City of Ocooe, Florida, and
WHEREAS, the said t~aot oontains less than ten registered voter.,
as property owner s, and

WHEREAS, the said lands are susceptible of recei villg munioipal benefits
of the Cit,y of Oooee, and
WHEREAS, the City of Oooee desires to annex the said lands to its
present municipal territory in acoordance with the provisions theretor
in section 67 of the Charter of the City ot Oooee, Chapter 10951
Speoial Acts Florida Legislature, 1925. and Seotion 171.04 Florida
Statutes, NOW THEP~FORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OCOEE, FIDRIDA:
Section 1. The City ot Ocoee, Florida, hereby deolares its intent to
annex the following desoribed lands lying and 81tuate in Orange County
Florida, to its present municipal territory, thereby extending
its territotial limits to include the said lands within said terri-
torial limits and to exercise full power and authority over laid
lands in aooordanoe with the Charter ot the City of Ocoee, Florida..
ChapterlQ9,l Special Acts Florida I.egielature, 1925. and the
General Laws of the State of Florida, said lands being more particu-
larly desoribed as tolloW8:

Section 2. The City of Oooee hereby deolares its intent to enaot
an ordinanoe at its first regular meeting held atter the next en-
suing thirty days from the effeotive date of this ordinanoe, thereby
ordaining that the said lands described in seotion 1 hereof be annexed
to the territorial limits of the City of Oooee, and that from and
after tho 6ftective date of said ordinanoe that the City of Ocoee
exercise tull power and authority over said lands in aooordance
with the Charter of the City of Ocoee and the Laws of the State of
Florida.
Section 3. This ordinanoe shall become effective immediately when
passed by the City Counoil and approved by the Mayor.
Section 4. Copies of this ordinance shall be posted as provided for
by law and the Charter of the City of Ocoee.
Seotion 5. Should aD1 portion ot this ordinance be held in~id,
then suoh portions as are not deolared to be invalid .hall remain
in tul1 force and effeot.
Seotion 6. All ordinanoes and parts of ordinanoes in conflict here-
with are hereby repealed.
