TO ANNEX A CERTAIN TRACT OF LAND LYING IN OR.~GE COU~"TY, FIORIDA,

WBEltEAS, the above described lands are lying oontiguous to the mimioipal
boundaries of the City of Oeoee, Florida, and
WHEREAS, the said tract contains less than ten registered voters,
as property owners, and

WHEREAS, the said lands are susoeptible of reoeiving munioipal benefits
of the C1 ty ot Oooee, and .
WHEREAS, the City ot Ceoae desires to annex the said lands to its
present munioipal territory in aooordance with the provisions theretor
in section 67 of the Charter of the City of Oooee, Chapter 10951
Speoial Acts Florida Legislature, 1925, and Seotion 171.04 Florida

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY' COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OCOEE, FlDRIDAt

land. in acoordanoe with the Charter of the City of Oooee.ft.CJricla,
Chapter le9,l Special Acts Florida Legislature, 1925, and the
Oeneral Laws of the State of Florida, said lands being more particu-

Section 2. The Cit,y ot Ocoee hereby declares its intent to enact
all ordinance at its first regular meeting held atter the nezt en-
RiaS thirty days trom the effective date of this ordinance, thereby
ordaining that the said lands desoribed in section 1 hereot be annexed
to the territorial limits of the City of Ocoee, and that from and
atter the effective date of said ordinance that the City ot Ocoee
exercise tull power and authority over said lands in aocordance
with the Charter of the City ot Ocoae and the Laws ot the State of
P1ol"ida.
$aotion 3. 'lh1a ordinance shall become effeotive immediately when
passed by the City Councll and approved by the Mayor.
