Section 1. The City ot Ocoee, Florida, hereby declares its intent to annex the following desoribed lands lying and situate in Orange County Florida, to its present municipal territory, thereby extending its territotial limits to include the said lands within said terri- torial limits and to exercise full power and authority over laid lands in accordance with the Charter ot the City of Ocoee, Florida.. The Cit,y ot Ocoea hereby declares its intent to enact an ordinance at its first regular meeting held after the next en- suing thirty days trom the eftective date ot this ordinanoe, thereby ordaining that the snid lands described in section 1 hereof be annexed to the territorial limits at the City of Ocoee, and that trom and after tho effective date ot said ordinanQo that the City of Cooee exercise full power and authority over said lands in nocordanQ8 with the Charter ot the Cit,y of Ocoee and the Laws of the State ot Florida. / I Section 3. This ordinance shall become effeotive immediately when passed by the City Council and approved by the .yor. Seotion 4. Copies of this ordinanoe shall be posted as prorlclecl tor by law and the Charter ot the City ot Oooee. Seotion 5.
