TRACT OF UUJD LYUrG nr ORA.NGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO-\1IT:
Lot 4 of l~guire's Addition according to the Plat thereof' re-
corded in Plat Book G, page 10, of the Public records of Orange
County, Florida.
WB3REAS, the above described lands are lying contiguous to the
municipal boundaries of' the City of Ocoee, Florida, and
\VHEREAS, said tract of land contains less than ten registered
voters, and
VrnEREAS, the City of Ocoee, did on the 1st day of' April, A.D. 1952,
duly adopt an ordinance declaring its intent to annex the said
tract of land, and
".11GREAS, the said ordinance was duly posted as prescribed by
law upon said lands and in said City of Ocoee for the period
prescribed by law, and
WHEREAS, no objection to said annexation has been filed in t~e
Circui t Court of Orange County, Florida, NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAI1TED BY THE CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOW'S:
Section 1. That the municipal boundaries of' the City of' Ocoee,
Florida, be and they hereby are extended to include the following
described latds lying and situate in Orange County, Florida, and
that said tract of land be and it hereby is annexed to the
municipal territory of the City of Ocoee, Florida, said lands
being more particularly described as follows:
Lot 4 of hmguire's Addition according to the Plat thereof re-
corded in Plat Book G, page 10, of the Public records of Orange
County, Florida.
Section 2. That from and after the effective date of this
ordinance the City of' Ocoee, Florida, shall and will exercise
full power and authority over the lands described in section 1
hereof and the City of Ocooe shall have jurisdiction over said
lands, in accordance with the Cl~ter of the City of Ocoee,
Florida, Chapter 10951, Special Acts 1925, and the laws of the
Stat4e of Florida, as fully and completely as the City of Ocoee,
now exercises power, authority, and jurisdiction over other
lal.ds wi thin i,J;~mu."1icipal limits.

Section 3. This or~inance shall become eff'ective immediately
when passed by the City Council and approved by the Mapor.
Section 4. Copies of thi s ordinance shall be posted as pro-
vided by law and the charter of' the City of Ocoee.
Section 50 Should any portion of this ordinance be held invalid,
then such portions as are not declared to be inavlid shall remain
in full force and eff'ecto
Section 6. All ordinances and Darts of ordinances in conf'lict
herewith are hereby repealed. ~
