Whereas, the above described lands are lying contiguous to the Lluni@

Whereas, tae City o:f Ocoee desires to annex the said lands to its
present mW1icipal territory in accordance With the provisions, there-
fore in Section 67 of the charter of' the City of Ocoee, Chapter 10951,
Special Acts, Florida Legislature 1925 8l1.d Section 171.04, Florida
Statutes, now therefore,
BB IT ORDAINElJ BY THE CITY COUlroIL OF TIB CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City of Ocoee, Florida, hereby declaris its intent to
al1ne::::: the fo11woing described lands lying and si tuate in Orange County
Florida, to its present mmlicipal territory, thereby extending its
territorial limits to include the said land.s within said. territorial
limi tsand. to exerci se full pO\"ler and autilOri ty over said lands in
acc'orClance with the Charter of the City 0 fOco ee , Florida, Chapter
10951 Special Acts Florida Legislature, 1926t and the general laws
of the State ot Florida, said lands being more particularly described.
as follows:
Lot 11 of' Block "B" of Pounds Addition to Ocoee, according to the Plat
thereof reoorded~in Plat Book Un", page 14, o~ the publiC records of
Orange County, Florida.
Section 2., ~he Ci3iy o:t Oooee, Florida. hereby declares its intent to
enact an ordinanQe at ita first.regular meeting held: after the next
ensuing thirty days from the effeotive date of' this ordinanoe, there-
by ordaining that the said.lands desoribed in seotion 1 hereof' be
annexed. to the territorial limits of the City of Oooee, Florida, and
ordaining that the territorial limits of' the City of Oooee, Florida,
be e:x:tend.ed toinolude the said lands, and ordaining that :trom and
after.the effective date thereof that the City of Ocoee, Florid.a,
exeroise full power and authority over said lands :i.n acoordance with the
Charter of the City of Oeeee. Florida, Chapter 10951 Special Acts
Florida Legislature, 1925, and the general laws of the State of Flori-
cla.
Section 3. Copies of' this ordinance shall be posted in three conspic-
uous places upon the said lands described in section 1 hereof :tor
:tour conseautive weeks and copies of this ordinance shall be possed in
three conspicuous places in the City of' Ocoee, Florida, for four
consecutive weeks.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately when
passed b y the City Council and approved by the Mayor.
