to the circuit Court in and for Orange County, ~lorida, w1d upon
hearing the said Court entered its de cree in\ favor of said City and
in favor of the annexation of said property, Now Therefore,

Section 1. That the following described lands be and they hereby are
annexed GO the municipal limi'ts of the City of Ocoee, Florida,
and that the municipal limits of the City of Ocoee, Florid~, be
and they here by are extended to inc;lude said lands, and that
said lands be and the do hereby beco~e subject to the juris~
diction, power and authority of the'City of Ocoee, Florida, ~s
fully and completely as are 'other lands within the municipal
limits of the City of Ocoee, Florida, in accord~1ce wit~ the
Charter of the City of Ocoee, Florida, and the laws of the Staee
of Florida, said lands herein annexed being more particularly ,
describ,~s follows:
Begin 122.4 ft. S. and. 100.5 f't. W. of the HE corner of the SW.t
of the SEt of Section 18, township 22 south, range 28 east, thennce
run we lit 106 fy., thence north 75 ft., thence east 56 ft., thence
southeasterly to the point of beginning:
AIm ALSO, lots 1, 16 and. 17 of :Mills Addition,'~.according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Bool~ "0", page 47, of the publiC
re~ords of Orw1b~ County, Florida. .
Section 2. That three copies of this ordinance shall be posted in
three conspicuous places in the Ci t,y of Gcoee, Florida; and
three copies of this o~inance sh!.U be posted in three c on-
spicuous places upon the above described tract of land.
Section 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
here\vith be and they hereby are repealed to the extent of' such
conflict.

Section 4. That should there be any portion of this ordinance held
to be unconstitut~onal, then such portions hereof as are not
declared to be unconstitutional shall remain in full force and
effect.

Section,5. This ordinance shall become effective irr~ediately upon
its beinG approved by the Mayor, or, in,the event the lIayor
slmll not approve said ordinance, it snaIl become effective
immediately upon it becoming an ordinance under any other
provision of the Charter of the City of Ocoee, Florida.
