necessary to defray t~le actual operating and debt service
requirements of the nunicipal government of the City of
Ocoee for the tax collection year V\Thich begins on November

Section 2. That this ordinance shall become effec-
tive ~~~giately upon its becoming an ordinance.

hereby repealed.
