WBER~.=A3, The City as sessement roll has been sub- mitted to the City Council after due and proper notice, and a review and eqQalization of said assessment roll by the City Council has been concluded, and WlffiREAS, .an alternative Writ of Mandamus has been issued against the City of Ocoee for the Jurpose of securing a levy sufficient to p~y a judgment in favor of Lester Harris in the amount of $10,022.10, and V\fHEREAS, it has been ascertained that the sum of ~~10 ,022.10 is necessary to pay said judgment BE IT JRDAINED BY THE CITY OF OCOEE: Section 1. That a millage of 86 mills is neces- sary to produce the fund sufficient to defray the service requirements of the municipal government of the City of Ocoee for Lester Harris judgment. Section 2. That the tax rate for the City of Ocoee for the fiscal year shall be 919 mills plus 86 mills on the Jroperties within the oresent city boundaries. Section 3. That this ordinance shall become ef- fective immediately upon its becoming an ordinance. Section 4. That all ordinances~and 'Jarts of ordinances in conflict herewith be, and are, to the ex- tent of such conflict hereby repealed. Passed by the City Council, March 22, 1943.
