AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING AND ALLOCATING REVENUE
AND FUNDS OF THE CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA, FOR THE
TAX YEAR BEGINNING ON NOVEMBER 1, 1941, AND ENDING
OCTOBER 31, 1942.

WHEREAS, the total amount necessary, as determined by
the City Councilor the City or Gcoee, Florida, to defray the ac-
tual operating and debt service requirements or the Municipal gov-
ernment of said City for the tax collection year which begins on
November 1, 1941, and which ends on October 31, 1942, is the sum
of $237,000.00, and
WHEREA~, the total debt service requirements of said City
for said year amounts to the sum of $236,251.77, all of which said
sum is levied and is now allocated and appropriated to the payment
of the principal and interest upon said City's Bonds and Interest,
and
, WHEREAS, the total amount necessary for the operating ex-
penses of said City for said year is the sum of $748.23, and
WHEREAS, a tax levy on all taxable real and personal pro-
perty within the said City is necessarily to be made in the amount
or 929 mills on the properties within the present boundaries of the
City of Ocoee and 926 mills on the property excluded from the.pre-
sent boundaries of the City of Ocoee; and
WHEREAS, said tax levy will be proportionately set out
and is now allocated as follows:

WHEREAS, it is anticipated that there will be available
for use and disbursement from the general fund of said City revenue
and funds from the following sources and in the following amount:

and
WHEREAS, the expenses of the operation of said City to
be paid from its general fund is expected to be as follows:

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF OCOEE:
Section 1. That the sum of $236,251.77, or such portion
thereof as may be realized from the collection of the tax millage
levied as aforesaid, be, and the same is allocated and appropriated
to the full satisfaction of current debt service requirements for
the year beginning November 1, 1941, and in full conformity with
the tenor and effect of that certain resolution of said City authoris.

Section 2. That the sum of $748.23, or such portion there-

the General Fund of said City, for disbursement 1n conformity to the
provisions of the Charter of said City during the tax collection year
beginning November l~ 1941.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall become effective im-
mediately upon its becoming an ordinance.
Section 4. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be, and are, to the extent of such conflict hereby
repe aled.
