WHEREAS, the City tax assessor has heretofore prepared an assessment roll of the taxable property of the City of Ocoee, Florida, and the respective values thereof, and as far as practicable the owners thereof, and \~REAS, the City assessment roll has been submitted to the City Council after due and proper notice to the property owners whose property has been increased or corrected as to values, and WHEREAS, a review and equalization of the assessment roll by the City Council has been concluded, and WHEREAS, a millage of ~ 9'..e?mills is necessary to produce a fund sufficient to defray the actual operating and debt service re- quirements of the municipal government of the City of Ocoee for the year which begins on November 1, 1941, and which ends on October 31, 1942, now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF OCOEE: Section 1. That a levy of ~2~mills on the assessment roll of taxable property in the City of Ocoee, Florida, be, and the SWle is hereby levied by the City of Ocoee, Florida, on said proper- ty. Section 2. That a levy of~~6mills on the assessment roll of property now excluded from the City limits of the City of Ocoee, Florida, but subject to debt service requirements, be, and the same is hereby levied by the City of Ocoee on said property. Section 3. That this ordinance shall become effective im- mediately upon its becoming an ordinance. Section 4. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be, and are, to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed.
