An ordinance regulating the corrwensation of Officers
of the Citr of 0006e; fixing the fees ofkayor, 01erk and fuarshal,
when acting in the Mayor's Court; fixing the time and plaoe of
holding said Qourt, and incidental matters thereto.

Section 1.
The Mayor of the Uity of Ocoee shall serve without

pensation, except that he shall receive the minimam in free water
from the City's mains, for household purposes only, or the equivalent

of the minimum water rent in oash.
Secti,.,n 2.
The members of the 00uncil of the uity of Oonee shall
receive no oompensation, but shall receive the minimum in free water
from the City's mains, for household purposes only, or the equivalent
of the minimum water rent in oash.
Seotion 3.
The Clerk shall reoeive as oon~ensation for his servioes
as Clerk,Assessor and Treasurer of the City of Ocoee the sum of
Twentr-fiTe Dollars (~25.00) per month, and the minimum in free water
from the ~itlts mains, for household purposes only.
Section 4.
The Marshal shall receive as compensation for his services
as Marshal and Collector of Taxes,such compensation as shall be fixed
b)' the Counoil from time to time, and the minimum in free water from
the uit,'s mains, for household purposes only.
Section 5.
If anr officer of the Citr of Oooee sbsents himself from
two regular meetings ~f the Oouncil of the City of Oooee, without
just cause, he will be deprived of said oompensation.
Seotion 6.
The }[aJort s Court shall be held at" nine 0' olock: A. Iv1. on
week days, and shall be held in the Oity RaIl of the City of Oo~ee.
Seotion 7.
The cltf'~Olerk and Ci tr; Marshal shall be present at such
trial session of said Mayor's Court.
