L . .. .. . h- .,.. ~ AN ORDINANCE REGULATING PARKING ON BInFORD STREET, CREATING NO-PARKING ZONE ON THE EAST SIDE OF SAID STREET, BETWEEN OIlIG ' STREET AND HLBAD STREET. WHEREAS, during the football season, vehicles have parked on the east side of Bluford Street, between Ohi" Street and Del..are Street, creating a traffic hazard and endangering the lives of citizens using said street on such oc- casions, and, WHEREAS, the State Road Patrol has requested the creation ot a no-parking zone at said location on said occa- sions, and bLa offered its help in eliminating said traffic ha- zard, and; WHEREAS, said parking on said occasions endangers the lives ot citizens ot Ocoe., now therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CI TY OF OCOEB Section 1 - Immediately letore, during, and imme- diately after football games, tJ;1e east side of Blutcrd Street, between O~1, Street and ..1.....
