WHEREAS, the total mrount necessary, as determined by the City Council of the City of Ocoee, It'lorida, to defray the actual operating and de~t service requirements of the Municipal government of said City for the tax co1'1ection year which begins on November 1, 1940, and which ends on October 31, 1941, is the sum of $205,851.08, and WHEREAS,\ thetota'l debt service requirements of said City for said year amounts to the sum 'of $205,077.49, all of which said sum is levied and is now allocated and appropria- ted. to the payment of the principal and interest upon said City's Bonds and Interest, and; I WHEREAS, the total amount necessary for the opera- ting expenses of said City for said year is the sum of $2,781.74, and; WHEREAS, the total amount necessary for a sinking fund for water department is $386~74, and WHEREAS, a tax levy on all taxible real and personal property within the said City is necessarily to be made in the amount of 783 mills on the properties within the present boundaries of the City of Ocoee and 777 mills on'the property excluded from the present boundaries of the City of Ocoee; and WHEREAS, said tax levy will be proportionately set out and is now allocated as follows: Brown Crummer Judgment and interest Meredith, Rodgers & Martin judgment and interest , G. D. Howell judgment and interest Outstandl'ng bonds aqd inter~st not reduced to judgment Sinking fund for water 'department Operating expenses 4 430 3 340 3 3 - . Rent 75.00 2,000.00 200.00 120.00 ( -_/ and Total ~.~ ~A~~2,395.00 WHEREAS, the expenses of the operation of said City to be paid from its general fund is expected to be as follows: Administration, all departments Notes Payable 2,301.74 480.00 Total - - - - 2,781.74 , ." ,. " ~' ~I, now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF OCOEE: Section 1. That the sum of $205,(Q.T7.49.. or such portion thereof as may be realized from the collection of the tax of mills levied as aforesaid, be, and the same is allocated and appropriated to the full satisfaction'of current debt service requirements for the year beginning November 1, 1940, and in full conformi ty with the tenor and effec't of that certain resolution of said city authorizing the issuance of its Bonds of all issues. $2,781.74 Section 2. That the sum of. I!H ~or such protion thereof as may be realized from the collection of anticipated re- venue as above set forth be, and it hereby is allocated and appro- priated to the General Fund of said City, for disbursement in conformity to the provisions of the Charter of said City during the tax collection year beginning November 1, 1940. Section 3. That the sum of$386.74'or such portion thereof as may be realized from the collection of anticipated re- venue as above set forth be, and it hereby ,is allocated and appro- priated to the sinking fund for water of said City, for disburse- ment in conformity to the provisions of the Charter of said City during the tax collection year beginning Noveml;>er 1, 1940. Section 4. That this ordinance shall become effec- tive immediately upon its becoming an ,ordinance. Section 5.
