GRAVES AA ORDINANCE REGULATING THE LOCATION SANITARY CONDITIONS, AND MAINT31ANCE OF STOCK PENS, IB WHICH ANIMAS ARE CONFINEDI, EITHER PER- MANENTLY OR TE129RARILY WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF OCOEE: AND THE STAKING OUT ©FC01►S OR OTHER, LIVE STOCK. SE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA, FOLLOWS: 1. That it shall be unlawful for any person, Company or Corporation, to build, maintain or use, a pen or pasture or enblosure, for the keeping and confining <qf live stook, such as cows, hogs, and other animals or fowls where each pen' 6r' �eealosure is adjacent or adjoining property occupied by human beings as a hotae, unless such pen or enclosure is kept continually and constantly clean, odorless, sanitary. Any such pens or enclosures now constructed and in use shall immediately, upon the passage of this Ordinance, come within its jurisdiction and shall be subject to its specifications* 2. That it is further ordered and ordained by said City Council that live stock within the limits of Ocoee, which may be tied oat to feed, shall be tied or staked in such a manner so that said stock cannot reach plants, shrubs or ornimental trees, and said stock cannot reach over into other property which may be improved or grades or planted to grass of an ornimental type, nor shall said stock be allowed to be staked out in such manner as will permit the to cross paved streets or highways thus leaving the stake on one side of street and the cow or animal on the other side, the chain or rope being stretched across street or highway endangering automobile traffic as well as the live stock in question. 3. That any person, Company or Corporation, violating the provisions of above Ordinance shall upon conviction be punished by a fine of not less than Two Dollars and not to exceed Twenty -Five Dollars or by imprisonment not to exceed 30 days.
