Al~ND!~NT TO ORDINANCE NTTIMBER 11.
An ORDINANCE prohibiting lotteries and all games or
devices in the nature of lotteries,gambling and gaming
houses and providing a penalty for violation thereof.
Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Ocoee Fla.,
That ORDINANCE number eleven(ll) be amended by the
addition of section five (5),and section six(6).
Sec.5; That it shall be unlawful for any person or
persons to engage in any form of gaming or gambling
for money or other valuable thing,within the limits
of the City of Oooee Florida.
Sec.6; Any person or persons convicted under section
five(5) of this ORDINANCE shall be subject to a fine
of not less than one (1) dollar DC more jhan one
hundred ($100) or by imprisonment not exceeding
sixty (60) days.
