ORDINANCE NO.5.
AN ORDINANCE to Prohibit the Manufacture, Sale, Barter
or Exohange, the Transportation into the Town of Oooee, or
from one ,point to another within this town, and the Possession
of, Alooholic or Other Intoxioating Liquors or Beverages; to
Prohibit Drunkenness; and to Provide Penalties for violation
of this Ordinanoe.
Be It Ordained by the Counoil of the Town of Oooee:

Section l. That it shall be unlawful for any person, :
assooiation of persons, or corpor~t1on, or any agent or employe~
of any person, assooiation of persons or oorporation, to manu- I
faoture, sell, barter or exohange, or oause tG be manufactured,
sold, bartered, or exohanged, or in anywise to be concerned in
the manufaoture, sale, barter or exohange, or to transport,
cause to be transpor~ed, or in anywise be conoerned in the
transportation, from any point in this Town to any other point'
in this Town, or to any point in this Town from any pOint
without the Town, exoept as is permitted by law. .
Seotion 2. That it shall be unlawful for any person, I
aesooiation of persons, or oorporation, or any agent or employe~
of any person, association of persons, or corporation, to have II
in his, her, their or its possession, oustody or control, in
this Town, any alcoholic or intoxioating liquors or beverages, :
exoept as permitted under the laws of the United States and I
of the State of Florida. i

Seotion 4. Any person violating this Ordinanoe, or any I
provision thereof, shall be punished by imprisonment not exoeedt
ing ten days, or by fine not exdeeding Fifty Dollars. I

Section 3. That it shall be unlawful for any person to
beoome or be drunk or intoxicated.
